Why I created this

Over the years, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again — both in my own body and in the clinic.

People often feel stuck with lower back pain, not because they’re doing nothing, but because they don’t know where to start or what actually helps between sessions.

Small, regular habits make the biggest difference.

And when hips move better, backs usually feel better too.

This challenge is my way of giving you simple tools you can use for yourself — not just something that happens on the massage table.
