Well, my first visit to the Clinic with back pain and discomfort in my left side and into my groin. I’ve come away this afternoon and the symptoms are 80% better!! I didn’t expect that, this afternoon has Been the most comfortable and relaxed I’ve been for 2 weeks… fantastic! Face Up Method Massage with Tessa I had six treatments of the Face up method with Tessa. This was perfect for me as I have TMJ and lots of tension in my upper body and head. Tessa explained this method to me very well and so I knew what to expect. Each treatment was amazing, with Tessa being very warm and welcoming, and making me feel comfortable. I know that each treatment is tailored to me and how I'm feeling on that day. The intraoral massage aspect was especially helpful for my jaw pain.
