Meet Tessa, ACMT
(Clinical Massage Therapist)
Hi, I’m Tess (or Tessa) — born and raised in the UK. I qualified as a Beauty Therapist a loooooong time ago, and my passion for skincare led me to work with a professional skincare company. But my love of travel and spontaneity took me to the Middle East. During that time, I welcomed my son, travelled extensively, sang for babies and toddlers, and helped build a startup beauty salon — 10 years later, it was time to return to the UK!!
While skincare remains a true passion (I’d definitely call myself a bit of a product junkie!), I found myself craving a fresh challenge. Conversations with friends, and family kept circling back to the same thing: pain. From chronic headaches and lower back issues to shoulder injuries, general aches, or just simply missing that sense of physical care and contact — so many people were struggling. And honestly, I could relate.
Around the same time, a massage training school kept appearing in my inbox. It felt like a sign. I wanted to help — so I took the leap and trained as a Clinical Massage Therapist. The training was more demanding than I expected, but the experience has been deeply rewarding.

Personally, I’ve lived with shoulder pain and stiffness ever since undergoing stabilisation surgery at 19. It’s left me a little out of alignment, so I truly understand how persistent discomfort can affect your day-to-day life.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my son and partner. I still have a passion for travel — whether it’s jetting abroad or exploring hidden gems here in the UK. I also enjoy going to the gym and have recently discovered the joy of growing fruit and veggies in my garden.
I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space for every client. I listen with care, work with intention, and treat each person as the individual they are. Whether you’re my first or last appointment of the day, you’ll always receive my full attention and respect — and my goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and truly looked after.
